If you wish to be renting or leasing, please read the following:
1. Please do not disturb the occupants or neighbors. Drive by the property to check out the location prior to setting an appointment.
2. All properties are shown by appointment only. Call our office during buisness hours to schedule an appointment after you have seen the exterior of the property. All appointments will meet in our El Sobrante office. You must provide your own transportation. Ask for Gene Smith or Maksuda Yuksel.
3. Credit and eviction reports will be ran on each adult applicant 18 years or older.
4. There is a $30.00 NON-REFUNDABLE processing fee per adult. Applications will be kept on file for six months, and may be applied for any property listed by Professional Property Management during that time.
5. Valid photo identification and social security card is required by all adult applicants at the time of submitting application.
6. Please submit two months of stubs with your application.
7. If accepted for property, the funds required prior to move-in shall be paid by CASHIERS CHECK or MONEY ORDER
8. No pets or smoking for any of our properties unless indicated.
